Product images on our web-site are representations of the actual product. Due to the various types of monitors, settings and resolutions available, each image representation is portrayed more or less to the actual product. For the best representation of the actual product, samples are offered for most of the merchandise on our website. The Invitation Destination cannot be held liable for slight misrepresentations of the actual product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with the product that you received, simply return the merchandise with the return procedure below.

If there are situations beyond our control resulting in the delay of merchandise delivery, such as: natural disasters, weather condition delays, manufacturer stock shortages, driver strikes, and other unexpected errors at UPS/USPS as the third party, The Invitation Destination cannot be held liable for such delays. The Invitation Destination expedites all of our customer's orders to be shipped and delivered to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible.

For Blank Orders: It is in your best interest to check with your printer manual and contact the printer manufacturer to ensure that your printer can print specific card stocks. The Invitation Destination cannot be held liable for technical malfunctions that may arise by various printer brands in the market.

All monograms/initials, etc. should be entered in the order you want them to appear.

Please allow 2-3 extra days for engraved/embroidered items.

Shipping Information:

We do not offer delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or Statutory Holidays

Most items will ship out within 1-2 business days, some in 3-4 business days. Please allow additional travel time to reach your specified destination depending on the shipping method you choose.

Most of our products will be shipped directly from the manufacturers. If your order contains items from various manufacturers, the items may be shipped separately. Please allow additional 3-4 business days processing time.

If the items are shipped separately from different manufacturers and rush shipping is requested, there is a handling fee of $10.00 for 2nd Day Air, and $15.00 for Next Day Air.

UPS and Fedex do not ship to P.O. Box. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS/Fedex/USPS.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Personalized Items are not returnable.

Replacement merchandise the customer receives for defective/damaged merchandise is not returnable. Due to administrative costs, we do not accept returns for less than $20.00 worth of merchandise.

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Returned merchandise is the customer's responsibility, therefore it is in your best interest to purchase insurance for the returned package.

The Invitation Destination cannot guarantee a replacement or refund if the merchandise returned is loss or damaged.

To return merchandise, a Return Authorization Number is required. The Return Authorization Number is acquired by contacting us for a Return/Claim Form and filling out and returning that form. Please do NOT return any items without first filing a Return/Claim Form, AND having received a Return Authorization Number! Any merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number becomes the property of The Invitation Destination and will not be returned to customer, and no refunds or credits will be issued in this case.

The Invitation Destination enforces this return policy with no exceptions. Due to the high volume of orders received daily, if an item is shipped back with out the required Return Authorization Number, then we have no way of knowing that the returned merchandise was originally in your property.

Every order from us is handled with care and personal attention. If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in the resaleable unopened condition and unused with all paperwork. Initial shipping charges and handling fees are non refundable. We will issue a full refund of the merchandise less 15% restocking fee.

If the shipping was not charged initially, we will issue a full refund less a 15% restocking fee and $7.95 to recover our initial shipping costs.

Claims:

All claims for shortages, damages or lost goods must be reported to The Invitation Destination within 5 days of the delivery date via the online claim form.

Replacements for defective/damaged merchandise will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges. (Please follow return procedure and repurchase new items separately)

Cancellation:

No changes or cancellations are accepted for orders which have already been processed for shipping. For custom printed orders; if a proof has been created, a $25.00 cancellation fee is retained to cover typesetting labor costs. Orders cannot be canceled or changed if the order is approved and printed.

Return and Claim Form

In order for us to audit and process your claim promptly, please contact us to receive a return/claim form.

Chargeback:

Chargeback: If you issue a chargeback to your financial institution to avoid payment either by mistake or fraudulently, our merchant account imposes a $20 processing fee to The Invitation Destination. We will then assess a $20.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback to you, with no exceptions. We will notify you both by mail and email for you to remit the $20 fee plus the original purchase amount. If we don't receive the payment within 30 days from the date we notify you, we will assess an additional $10 administration fee for a total of $30 plus the original purchase amount. The case will then be turned over to collections.
